Espanyol vs Celta de Vigo - 8:45 PM

Ronaldo has apologized for taking away a fan's phone after Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Everton and Manchester United.

United deserved to lose at Goodison Park after failing to respond to Anthony Gordon's first-half goal.

Ronaldo played on the fringe for United and returned to full-time dressing room to improve his mood.

A video has surfaced of a Portuguese superstar crossing the Everton Park End, grabbing the boy's phone and angrily throwing it at the ground, saying United were watching the incident within hours.

Ronaldo took to Instagram to apologize for the question, and although he may have been an Everton fan, he was called up to number seven in United's home game against Norwich.

"It is never easy to deal with emotions in the difficult times we face," he said.

"In any case, We always have respect and dignity. We need to set an example for all young people who love patient and beautiful games.

"I apologize for my outrage. If possible, I would like to invite this supporter to watch a game at Old Trafford as a sign of fair play and sport."

Saturday's defeat leaves United seventh in the Premier League table, six points clear of fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur.
